Exporting a PAB into GAL on Exhange2k server

I have a question?

I have exported our global address list to a PAB file , and now i would like to import it into another remote office exchange2k server.
I know that i can manually import it into each outlook client but there are too many clients and i would prefer it to be added to their exhange2k server and have it automatically displayed in their outlook clients

how do i go about doing this?
your help would be much appreciated.
