Hi -

I have a MS Access report that has our company logo on it along with a few horizional lines as defined in the definition of the report. Looks great while viewing or printing report from MS Access but I need to store the report on our LAN to send to others and the company logo (gif) and horizional lines are not preserved when I save the report as a RTF document for MS Word users who will receive this report.

How can I preserve GIF's and other special lines/fonts when we go to RFT format? Is there another way?

Thanks.

If the users don't have to alter the document you can save it as a .pdf file (if you have the ADOBE Distiller). You can also save it as a SNAPSHOT (.snp) but your users will have to have the SNAPSHOT viewer (free download from Microsoft). If they have to alter the document, then ACCESS won't allow you to save the report with the formatting.
