I am trying to figure out how to get a list of all the table and query names of a given Access database and export or simply copy them into Excel.

I looked at FAQ 700-4310 but I couldn't get it to work, plus I am unsure if this was my desired result.

The reason for this thread is that I am involved in a handover of some work that has a number of Access databases with over a hundred tables and queries. I am trying to copy down the names so I can create some sort of procedure manual that thoroughly indicates what is what at a very basic level.

I have looked all over the web with no luck.
Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks,
Damien.

Look into Documenter. It will create a report of all the objects in a database.
