Export switch database

Is it possible to export the switch database into a .csv format (or similiar)? I want to get the database into a format that I can query with SQL.

The ultimate goal is to search the name displays for a nested string. Is there an easier way to do this?

You can in LD 20 by capturing TNB and DNB and then us this program to convert it.

Thanks...is there any other way to get the info directly from Sybase?

I have about 4,000 phone in the switch so a TNB/DNB take a little time to complete.

You can also do a "DNB" in LD 20 & use pepedogs DNB excel listing or my own updated version.

One way or the other , your going to have to do a TNB or a DNB as there isn't any other way to get all the info. Go look at

and you'll see he has many different spreadsheets already setup and you won't have to reinvent the wheel.
