Are you asking for a method other than the Save Results As... menu choice (right-click on results)? If so, then not really.
I've noticed a lot of posts here lately asking for end user application-style behavior from QA and SSMS. This is a fundamental misconception. You should use UI tools to present the data.

You can make your connection from Excel and run your query right from there. When you open your spreadsheet you can refresh the data.
