Export spec file

I'm trying to use the specification file with the DoCmd.TransferText. I'm supposed to be exporting a pipe-delimited, no-text-qualifier but all I get is the default comma delimited "" text qualifier. If I walk thru the wizard I get what I want but not with the docmd route.

Help!
