Any ideas how I run the export node command and specify the filespaces as all.
Tried export node <node_name> filespace=* toserver=<SERV_NAME> mergedate=Yes

Fails informing me i cant specify the filespaces - looked through help am now clueless to what I need to do!

filespace is an optional parameter. I believe if you exclude it entirely from your command it implies everything.

On the other hand if you want to use a wildcard then the string to put there is dependent on what kind of node it is (windows/unix/netware). You can get an idea of what filespace you want to put there by doing a "q filespace" for the node you're interested in. It'll list what filespaces you have backed up for that node.

Thanks for reply helped a lot the command i used in the end was:

export <node_name> filespace=* filedata=all toserver=<server_name> mergefilespaces=yes

Still running 20 hours later.......
