Export mail to outlook

I have the mail program that comes with netscape 7.0 and MS outlook 2000. How can I get my e-mails that are in composer exported into outlook 2k?

Have you tried the Import feature in Outlook (File menu > Import and Export > Import Internet Mail Account Settings)?
