Export list of Mailbox access rights of my company

Does anyone know how i can export a list of all the users in my organisation that have access to each mailbox.
Ie. john doe has access to: john doe mailbox, jane doe mailbox etc,etc.

My director wants me to find a way of generating this list so that he can present it to the various line managers/directors.

i have searched microsoft and google for support on this and i cannot find anything?
how do i go about using this mbinfo?

Is there not any othe way or option...
i am looking for a free util or maybe there is a exchange resource utility that i can use?

any ideas?
