Hey guys is there a utility or a command that will export the file names of a the files inside a windows folder to a spreadsheet?? For example I have a folder in the root of the c drive named "folder" I would like to run a utility that will export all the names of the files that are inside that folder (not the actual files just the file NAMES)to a spreadsheet. It would be great if I can find a way to do that.

PS I doesn't have to be an expert to a spreadsheet..it could be exported to anything that I can edit.

Try dir /b > list.txt
