I have Two queries looking at two different universe.

Both queries have a resultset in the single report.

When I export the data into Excel I only get the data from one of the queries.

How can I get the whole report to export in one go to a single or multiple worksheets in a single workbook.

Cheers

If you are using V6, you can just save as excel.

If you are using V5, you can't do it directly.

What you can do is to put the result sets on a single page of the report and then either do a Copy All/Paste into Excel or save the file as text witha tab delimiter and the open it up in Excel.

Hi Steve,

FYI Im using vs 5

I've found a way. Save the file as HTML. Locate the file in Excel open as an HTML File and Hey Presto a formatted report in Excel with all the table structures intact. Fantastic....

Cheers anyway,
