Export Backup job as a text file to show whats being backed up

Hi

I need to be able to print or copy and paste the contents of the backup job so i can demonstrate what is being backed up.

How do i do it ?

Well, if you browse through your dirctory structure you will find a logfile that contains all that info. Don't know exactually where right now because I am not on one of my servers. But if you do a search for a file with todays darte you should find somrthing. Something like this:

*081302*.* or 081302*.*

It'll be something like:

D:\PROGRAM FILES\VERITAS\BACKUP EXEC\NT\DATA\BEX*****.txt

If your running a mapi client get BE to e-mail it to you!

Or right click job and "Print Log File"
