Hi iamshailu:
The Microsoft programs usually have an option to save documents as CSV (a comma separated file). You can export your files to that format an read it from other microsoft programs, without using Java. But if you want to do it through Java, you must know the internal format of each program file. I don't know if billy has made that public, but I sincerely think it hasn't.
