Export addresses in OE6

There must be a better way!

I want to export a sub-folder full of email addresses from OE6 to another computer. It seems I can only export the entire address book (the .wab file) and not just the sub-folder. I supppose I could edit the csv file in Notebook and remove the addresses I don't want exported, but there are several hundred!

Has someone got any better tricks?
