I hope one of you can give me advice on how to solve the following problem. When starting the explorer view a login screen pops up twice. After canceling this twice, the explorer view seems to work.

Thanks in advance for your respons.

Hello,

The explorer view is not related to the web interface or Internet explorer at all but rather to the account under which your regular Windows explorer account is running, usually the account to which you log into Windows. So, you might be logged in to the web interface using one account and when you click the explorer view you are automatically running the explorer view using your windows account.

If these accounts are different you might see the results you are seeing.

Of course, this is pure logic. It seems to involve several protocols, like smb and Webdav, in a particular order.
