My problem is that when i turn on my machine an explorer pop up box appears with the following message:

----------------------------------------------------------
Explorer has caused an error in
BROWSEUI.DLL
Explorer will now close

If you continue to experience problems, try restarting your compter
---------------------------------------------------------
After i close the pop up box and try clicking any of the icons on my desktop the above pop up box appears every time.

Just to let you know that my machine is over a year old and there hasn't been any problems until lately.

Any help is appreciated, please be detailed in your explainations

Chances are thet you have a spyware program such as Newdotnet running. If so, run the Uninstall program. You might also look into the spysweeper programs that are available on the net.

Boot your PC with "bootdisk" and run "scanreg /fix"...

(Q289799 note: "Renaming the Browseui.dll in the C:\Windows\System folder and extracting it from the Win_10.cab file does not fix the behavior because there are registry entries associated with the configuration of this file.")

"ANTE GEIA"...
