I have just installed XP professional. Whenever I try to do anything (type in URL in I.E, or type something in Run command), I get an error that Explorer has caused a problem, and I have the oppurtunity to submit this to microsft. THis is my first experience with XP, and I'm not impressed with Microsoft O/S's. Can someone help other than a fresh install?

My friend had the same problem and to my suprise he ran Norton utilities "Windows Doctor" and it fixed it. I guess there was a registry conflict...Just an option. Scotty Mac a.k.a smaxted
