explorer.exe has generated errors? 1

I downloaded a .JPEG file, I can't delete it, Every time I try to delete this JPEG file, it generates an error and I have the following message:
Explorer.exe has generated errors and will be closed by windows. You will need to restart the program.

Could you please what's the problem and how I can delete this file.
