We have a computer running Windows 2000 and Office XP which is having a weird problem. When you right-click on a file and send to a mail recipient, the first file sends fine. However, if you try this again before logging out of Windows, when you click the TO button to go to the address book, explorer.exe crashes and Outlook hangs until you end the task. After you do, it works fine the next time, but does the same thing if you try to send another one. Our user who is having this problem does not like any of the other ways of performing this task and wants us to fix it. This problem occurs for all users on this machine.
I have installed all the latest patches and service packs. I've tried uninstalling Office and re-installing. I have ran sfc /scannow, regclean, and have tried repairing both Windows and Office. I have ran chkdsk and found nothing wrong. I have also defragged the machine. The machine has 512MB of memory. I test the cards to make sure they weren't bad. I removed and re-added the swap file. Nothing seems to make a difference.
Does anyone have any ideas?

Things repeat, but they are never the same.
