Has anyone else seen these yet? Recently Vista's Windows Explorer has begun acting up.
If you create an empty file or folder via the "New" context menu you often "lose" it and can't change the name. You have to Refresh and then Rename.
Auto-refresh in general doesn't seem to occur reliably anymore, requiring a Refresh in order to see newly created files in the folder.
Also, Explorer seems to be creating UNC paths in the address bar. This goes further: if you have a BAT/CMD file in a folder and execute it via double-click in an Explorer window, the thing comes up saying:
