Explanation about Indirect function

Hi,
Would it be possible to teach me what the indirect function does and how it works? can you for example explain to me what this formula means with the indirect function?
INDIRECT(ADDRESS($G182,COLUMN(C$174),TRUE,1))

First, read what Excel's Help File has to say about it. Then post back with specific questions.

Also, your formula uses the ADDRESS and COLUMN functions. Do you understand those?
