Expired License on documentation CD

Hi,

I have been readind the documentation CD fine for a number of weeks now.

It is now saying that the licence has expired and the web page says "This software has expired. Click Exit to exit the appilcation.".

I did not see any requirements to register or anything for the documentation, so I don't know what this has happened.

Does anyone know what I should have done?
