Expanding Flash Ad Banners

Anyone know of a good site / any advice on creating the flash/HTML ad banners which expand as you move over them?

Igoring the fact the background is an image rather than HTML text etc, I'd like to create a banner similar to that found at

That's most probably a transparent Flash movie embedded on a higher layer/division.

Hi,

This transparent Flash is really cool. Now check out this site:

(use IE browser)

They have a few transparent Flash ads, but most of the time you'll see expandable Flash ads between their nav & article. If you click Hide button, the ads will roll up, followed by the article.

Can someone shed some lights of how this can be done? I guess this will involve dhtml elements. This doesn't work on NN though.
