Exmerge just copies or moves too?

Im running step 2 on a mailbox that I would like to store in a pst and also remove from the exchange box. After the extract is complete, do I need to delete the mailbox in AD also?

ARCHIVE is the Exmerge option you want. When you get to the SOURCE SERVER option in Exmerge, click on the OPTIONS button, and then the IMPORT tab. ARCHIVE DATA TO TARGET STORE.

That will MOVE items to the .pst.
