Exlcude Report Head from Report Footer Section Only 1

Can someone please help me out with the selection expert formula to exclude my report header from only my report footer.

You must mean your page header. If your report footer is formatted to 'new page before', you can use a formula in the section expert->page header->suppress->x+2:
