Exit Button Is Clearing Form First Before Exiting??

Hello. My exit button is clearing the current record on the form before exiting and I don't know why. I've tried using a macro to close that form and open the main form, but the same problem keeps occuring. I've tried re-creating the button using code (the wizard) and still no luck. Any help is greatly appreciated (I'm relatively new at this

Did you look at the table your form is based on to make sure the record was deleted or just missing the linking key value?
It will look like it was cleared because you wont be able to get it to show up on the form again.
