Exist any way to Block Desktop Icons in Metaframe desktop?

Who can I made for Block Internet Explorer and Outlook explorer in the Metraframe XP 1.0 Users DesktoP?

I remove All Icons from the Desktop, and from the start Menu, but I need to remove or block others like Control Panel, My Network Places or Network Neighborhood.

Can I made this with Local Policies Security?

Yes local security policies will do the trick. If this is W2K (hope it is) you can choose what control panel items are hidden/shown, disable specific apps, and enable specific apps only.
One thing to watch is if I disable launching iexplore.exe and allow notepad.exe a user can rename iexplore.exe to notepad.exe and internet explorer will run. If you need this much of a secure server Appsense makes a good utility for this.
