How do I get excel to execute code as a macro that is compiled in VB 6 as a .exe? I need fast execution.

The same way you get it to execute any other program. There's nothing special about having compiled it in VB.

IOW, if you can write a macro that would execute Notepad.exe, the same macro will execute your program. (with the appropriate change of name].
