Executing a DTS by calling a Stored Procedure?

Is it possible to execute a DTS by calling a Stored Procedure? If so, how do you do it?

The reason I need to call the stored procedure is because I am using an system to call it and it cannot execute a DTS, but it can call a stored procedure.

and this can not be found either. Any other suggestions?
