I have a stored procedure that I can run with no problem from query analyzer. However, I have a crystal report that uses that stored proc, when I run it from the application, I receive an EXECUTE PERMISSION DENIED on OBJECT error....

So I can run it interactively...but not within the report.
ANy ideas???

What user is the the Database Connection running under for the Report, is it you?

yes, it is me. One thing that you should know is...
I did not create the stored procedure. That person is gone, and now I have to make a modification to it...

So the Crystal report is running under your User Account?

Have you verified that the ODBC connection it is using has your proper password? Have you verified that you actually have Execute permission on the SP in question?
