exe problem

We have some a program or files from a client that basically the main movie is an swf that plays not in a browser, just by itself, and then grabs other movies and plays opens them in a browser.

We need to get them all in one exe that we can wrap. Is there a way to do it in flash or some 3rd pary software that doesn't cost $700?

sounds like the main swf has been published as an exe. just have to through the code and eliminate calls to open browser windows and replace with loadmovie commands into the main file.
there may be more to it but hard to determine from your question
