Excluding dimensions when aggregating

I'm hoping someone can help me with this. I have a measure called 'Unit count' which I want summed up along my Property dimension (i.e. The unit count for 'Prop A', 'Prop B', etc would get rolled up to the Region level with a 'Sum' function. But how do I exclude the Time dimension since Unit Count should not aggregate over time.
