Excluding a Fridays from a list

i have a result set containing 'printdate'. in the list where clause i want to exclude all the records that were printed on a friday. can anyone tell me what to add to my where Clause.

I have found out how to do it. you add
dateName(dw,printdate) <>'Friday' to where clause.

thanks to any one who had a go.
