You haven't given us much to work with, so it's diffuclt to be definitive about a solution. Do you mean that you can send out to the Internet, but that Messages from the Internet aren't arriving? Is this a new system that has never worked, or is this a problem that has just developed? Have you changed anything recently that might have contributed to the change in behaviour? Have you spoken to your ISP about the failures?
Lucky guess here (co's there is nothing to go on) but you've set them up as SMTP correctly for outbound but incorrectly for inbound?
If you had told me / us the client set up I would have been able where and what to check on your clients.
Or perhaps you've set your firewall up incorrectly?
