Exchmem.dll problem with Exmerge

I am getting this error:
"This application has failed to start because EXCHMEM.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."

The file is already located in the \exchsvr\bin folder.

Any other suggestions?

Forget it. I figured it out. The Exmerge files also have to be in the bin directory.
