Exchange5.5 user can not get the mails

One of my users has mail being held in the server(Mailbox Resources show that) . But the account can't get those mails . I try to change the NT account bind to it . I can got the mails after the change . But those before the change is still sitting there . This account can get the message just 36 hours ago . <br>
What I can do to it ? delete the messages ? delete the accoutn ?<br>

Can you let me know which cleint apllication is used and what is the error message isq appeared after fail to read messages notification?

Try creating an account that is the bad one in e-mial client.<br>
In other words if you are using Outlook create a temporary account which is the one that's bad and it should bring down the e-mails from it.<br>
