Is it possible to dump the usernames and the mailbox sizes to a CSV file or Excel, in one action as I have hundreds of mailboxes to get the info from. I know about the export utility with each individual mailbox in Exchange 2000.

I am looking for the same results as the exchange 5.5 export utility.

Thanks to anyone who replies

Ben

In Exchange System Manager navigate to the server you want to look at. Go to the storage group | mailbox store | Mailboxes. Wait for it to display the information, then right-click on Mailboxes and choose Export List.

Cool, I got that far however the formatting is all over the place. Is there any way to specify the separation.

I've never had any problems using the Text (Tab Delimited) format. The CSV format can sometimes be interesting because it also uses commas in the Size field.
