Exchange UMS broken in VMPro 6.0.44?

Greetings!

UMS via Exchange Server had been working great for us on VMPro 6.0GA: Outlook Inbox, Phone's MWL, Visual Voice, etc... all synchronized perfectly.

Then we applied the Q3 VMPro 6.0.44 maintenance release... Now the Voicemail still arrives via Exchange to the Outlook Inbox (and the Microsoft UM "form" for Outlook with the embedded wav player is still available), however... there is no hint of a voicemail on the telephones (i.e. no MWL, not available via *17, not available via Visual Voice, etc.)

None of the settings has changed on the Exchange Server, none of the settings has changed for the users (yes, "UMS Web Services" checked, Voicemail Email set to "Forward").

I have triple checked all settings for VMPro in the client app and control panel applet.

My question... has anyone else that has had Exchange/UMS working with 6.0GA had any problems after upgrading to 6.0.44?

6.0.44 is the first GA release that supports Distributed Voicemail so there have been some changes in it. I suspect that the upgrade has broken your install. Possibly you'll have to remove and re-install from scratch.

I have simular issues, UMS died after upgrade, I was suspecting the upgrade,

I was thinking of a new install, that is why I was looking here first, to see if anyone was having simular problems

I may not have time to complete a fresh install of VMPro for a few days. I will plan to post my results at that time.

Also, Dave... If you have the opportunity to perform a fresh install would you mind posting your results?

ok so I did an Uninstall
then reinstall

but I didnt delete the vmpro folders....

still broke, and it remembered all of the settings...

I need to truly delete everything

I also noticed that something is happening on my system..
the licenses seem to broken... on VMPRO is says unlicensed for Exchange email... hmmm I hate upgrading.

unlike the origonal poster after my upgrades I no longer get email from the voicemail
 
like i mentioned, you might want to set up some monitoring, and make some test calls / messages and post it here, so we / someone can look and see where its going wrong.
