Exchange Shared Contacts

Im having a problem with Exchange 2003. When users try to send an email to a group in their shared contacts, it bounces back with an error 550 5.1.2

Ive checked DNS and everything is configured correctly. The problem is not a constant one, sometimes it sends fine, other times it doesnt. It also does not happen with everyone on the network.

Any ideas?

Also, how can I edit the shared contacts from the exchange system manager?

Have you got good access to a GC?
ESM, add yourself to the permissions of the folder and use outlook.
