Exchange services password

I just take over administrator job from another resign
admin and one of my services got problem that using Exchange Services username but the password for that user
is unknown .how did i can get the password without change the password manually and then all the services are using that user.

You can't

just change the password for the exchange service account, and then change the services logon info. There arn't that many of them. Chris Styles
