I currently have an NT domain with another server in it running Exchange 5.5. I'm planning my conversion to a Win 2000 Active Directory domain and I need to know how Exchange server will be affected. I plan on promoting my BDC to PDC (because I have to remove the current PDC from the system to rebuild it), upgrade it to Win 2000 and create an Active Directory domain. Hopefully all permissions will carry over. Afterwards, I would like to upgrade my Exchange server from 5.5 to 2000. I know that when I installed Exchange server I had to set up an Administrative account and I wasn't sure what kind of havoc I might impose on my system by doing it this way. Are there any flaws in my logic?

I appreciate any advice or recommendations in this matter.
