We run a small consulting business and we pondering the idea of offering a service around Active Directory and Exchange Server "Health Checks". Basically, spending a few days to go onsite at clients and peform an audit on the present state of AD and the Exchange environment. I was wondering if anyone had experience with this type of service, and if so, what type of tools did you use? What type of reports did you provide? Did you MS Native tools and/or 3rd Party tools?
Even a break down of the deliverables to be provided to the client would be appreciated as well.
