A user sends out an email using exchange server 5.5. He/She then receives a reply that the message is
Subject: Notification: A message is queued at the Internet Mail Service.
The user then loggs off and goes home the next day the msg which generated this msg has gone and another Notification: is generated claming the message has been delivered. The problem is there is no record of this mail any more in the sent items where and why is this happening, where is the email and why has it not left a copy in the sent items? Is there any way of finding these msgs please.
