Hi All

I need help on resolving the following problem. We are running Exchange Server 2003 on top of Windows 2003 Server in a mixed environment. The problem now is that Exchange is not sending emails to distribution groups we have created. When I send an email to a group the server does not deliver the mail to the recipient’s in the groups and there is no error message generated. If I select the email addresses individually without using the distribution list and send mail to those contacts the recipient’s receive the mail. We have tried creating new groups and adding members to the groups but Exchange does not send to groups. These emails appear on the server but exchange does not deliver them to recipients. Is there anyone who can help me sort out this problem?

Thanks in advance.

Melusi

Do you have message tracking on? If so, what does the tracking log show for these messages? If not, turn it on and send a few test messages, then look at your tracking and see where the hold-up is.
