Messages stay in the Outbox and no mail comes in. This is always a problem when we restart the SBS2000 server, I have been told because of the order in which services start. I was once told how to stop and restart services to fix this, but I can't get it working this morning. Has anyone heard of this? Anyone know the procedure or how to avoid it in the future?
