Exchange Retrieve Mail

If I am on a DSL router (permanent conncection), can I still set Exchange to send/retrieve only as specific times?
I do NOT have RAS installed.

Can I do this in Outlook?

I wouldn't try that (at least for recieve). You can schedule the connector I think. I will check at work in the morning.
