Exchange Reboots River_IRQL blue screen 1

Exchange Server keeps rebooting. I had installed Enterprise version last week everything was great until the the power went out and the generator had no gas. No I can't keep the server online for more than a few minutes.

I had noticed Microsoft had a Hotfix for low memory crashes for Davex but didn't want to pay until necessary.

Blue Screen identifies
River_IRQL_Not_Less_or_equal

I had tried last known good.

These are my Event Viewer errors.
