Hi folks,

I have just uninstalled SUS from our Exchange server, I was concidering running it on the server but decided against it. On uninstalling and restarting (due to an windows update) the M: drive has now disappeared, as a result our web access to public folders has also been lost...

Has anyone seen this before? How do I get the M: drive back???? PLEASE HELP!!!

Update:

Well the M: drive has come back (how, I don't know...) and all seems well and good re IIS but we still can't access exchange via the web browser....

The error is: 'The item could not be found. It may have been deleted.'

Any takers?

SUS runs the IIS lockdown tool when it is installed which can do all sorts of nasty things to IIS. Not sure how you can recover it but have a good look through the MS knowledgebase.

Solved!

I have solved the problem: It was actually URLScan 2.0 that comes with SUS that was causing the problem. By simply uninstalling it the issue was resolved.
