Exchange Private Info store maintenance

Is there anyway to change the Private Information store Maintenance time? I've checked under server properties on the "IS maintenance" tab and the only thing that this seems to control is when the DS and Public info store are maintained. The Private info store ONLY runs at about 11:00 PM and I haven't been able to change it. the only way I have been able to force it is by changing the system clock, and who knows what damage that could cause.

It didn't say anything about changing those times, however, does this mean thay it's not possible to change when the online database clean up is run?
