Exchange performance

I bought a new server to replace the existing one that has exchange installed.

I have 5 x 36.4 GB Hard drives. I am planning on setting up Raid1 for OS and Raid 5 for Data and programs. I still have one bay left to add additional hard drive. I can set that as a paging drive by itself.

What is the best scenario for Exchange 2000. Where do I put the program files, logs etc ? in order to get the best performance.

Any ideas ?
